At Sound Speed Logistics LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional freight trucking services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
If we cancel a scheduled service due to operational issues, severe weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund (100%) of any prepaid service fees.
In the event of damaged or lost cargo, compensation will be handled according to our cargo insurance policy and the declared value of the shipment. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery or discovery of loss.
